These terms cover your use of this store. By ordering, you accept them.

Orders. An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you that it has shipped. We may decline an order — for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock we can’t supply — and will refund you in full if we do.

Pricing. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is applied at checkout where applicable. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we’ll contact you before charging you.

Product information. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens. Health information on this site is general and is not veterinary advice — consult a vet about your animal.

Liability. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us. Otherwise our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the item concerned.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
