Shipping policy

Free US shipping over $60. Under that, a flat $5.90.

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Delivery is typically 3–6 business days, with tracking emailed when the parcel leaves us.

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii (allow extra time). We don’t deliver to PO boxes.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and email help@whiskerkind.com. We’ll send a replacement and won’t ask for the damaged one back.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If tracking shows delivered and you don’t have it, tell us within 7 days so we can open a carrier claim.
