Refund policy

30-night trial. If your cat won’t drink from the fountain, return it within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund — used is fine. Email help@whiskerkind.com and we’ll send a prepaid label. The original box isn’t required.

Unopened items. Full refund within 60 days of delivery.

Filters. Sealed packs, returnable within 60 days. Opened packs can’t be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Faulty goods. Twelve-month warranty on the fountain and pump against manufacturing defects. We replace rather than repair. Not covered: pumps run dry, physical damage, or scale build-up from missed cleaning.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping is refunded on faulty items.
